the consciousness of the universal ground

At the hearth of the ground of being, beyond the threshold of attachment to sense objects and the pristine purity of the view, it is through this quiescent, meditative attention—provided it is neither misused, abused nor distorted—that we are directed toward the outcome of our senses in their interaction with the sensory objects; and it is also through this attention that we discover our habitual, incessant, samsaric repetition of that very reflection of our conditioned nature which prevents us from seeing through it and viewing it from the perspective of the emptiness that constitutes the all persuading universal ground of being, of which everything is a part. Thus beingness is the awareness of a wholeness in its individual expression of the dependency of the formless content, of the pith instructions that formulates the original connection to the ground of our existence, that we experience through our conduct. Which is what becomes the practice of appearences, that self reflection that we see of ourselves everywhere, all the time. Where everything knows what it is by virtue of the universal ground to which it belongs—based on the formless hearth directives it receives from within any given, individual context of that whole. No matter what species, man, animal, plant or insect. This is psychology at its heart. Though it is most often referred to without this experience.
