The idea that all physical and mental life is in a cycle that is a continuation of all previous life, means that there is also something permanent in a connection that is in itself a resumption of something in life that exists and can be experienced by all life everywhere all the time, and which our senses follow as a background continuation that we discover on our own of its inherent continuity also as our participation of nature’s cycles and constant emergences as psychic information which is not something we come up with ourselves. A kind of knowledge communicated as individual facets of instructions that have been transformed into a chain of being, something that we also find in the concept of jhana, a meditative state that means that the practitioner of self-inspection is gradually absorbed in his meditative focus and in his natural chain of a normalizing approach to his raw psychic experiences, and they in turn have levels of experience-based conceptual mental abstraction. As I also recognize it in the concept of Scala Naturae, originally the gradually developing maturity of self-awareness and meditative reflection in early Christian thought, before it came to transform into an attitude of individual acceptance and access to a ranked social or religious life in the way it is superficially applied today. Not the slow chain of change of the inner being that later came to be the objective order of things in hierarchies with an emphasis on personal and material value instead of being a consequence of self observation. Originally, it was the experience of the natural order of things in the cycles of life on which everything depended and which was inherent in everything, that then also came to be applied to life in the concept of evolution, and to our psychological and meditative development as the stages of insights we make, that is present in all life, and the development of our consciousness that our participation entails in the psychic atmosphere where our experiences gradually bring about an closer approximation to what the original experience is of this whole, which we find as an eternally overlapping continuation of psychic qualities that seems to timelessly follow from one life to another as the absolute primal state of our inner being.
