At some point in a self-observing life we come to a deeper realization that everything is impermanent, and along with impermanence that everything is compound dependencies. When our bodies have decayed and returned to their smallest components only nothingness remains. The perspective from which we look at them. From there we also see the image-generals whose self-reflective feedback loops that our mind through our sensations has conveyed to consciousness, and which are there separated from their inherent energy that through our insight into their nature has then caused consciousness to grow. “Fatherhood” loses its transferred meaning and returns to our communication with the spontaneous enlightenment whose echo is found in the emptiness beyond all the embodiments we have assigned to them as ”authority”. Physically as well as mentally. The same thing with brothers and sisters, whether close or distant, with “Motherhood”, often a misplaced prolonged identification with how we react to our mental content, and our genuine compassion with all living things emerging from within nature itself, its sense of a whole, and our absolute dependence on it with its experience of a deeper belonging and a more extensive context, with all our family relationships and ancestors all the way back to the original mental content that conditioned them. We see through existence in a way that makes us see it through our self-reflective feedback loops of mental dependent contexts through nothingness. Which also dissolve. From this perspective, only the spaciousness that made this insight possible remains. We sometimes say eternity, but really it is just how we derive the self-referential mental contents, whose inner processes and states overlap individual lifetimes, through our identification with them, which constantly provides us with a conditioned and imaginary continuity we can never leave unless we see through how we have created our ego by it identifying us with the impressions and impulses that arise in consciousness. Because without nothingness, consciousness cannot become aware of itself and its relationship to the whole. The original absolute ground of beingness that emptiness provides us with, which we experienced as children, and which we return to as adults during our self- observation and mental maturity. The world, with its people, animals and plants around us, will still be there, even if our or any ego exists and attaches us to them, and regardless of how we try to identify ourselves with the overlapping, self-referential processes and states that arise within us. The same self-referential mental processes will continually arise and the ego will continue to identify with them, and it will continually involve the same individual search as it has always done for mental balance and liberation in relation to that which intrudes, disrupts and disturbs the original silent still attention of nothingness.
