We can view the great cosmic mother, the source of all life and the incarnated experience we have of her, as the metaphysical perception of an eternal recurrence in her physical form as mother earth. The cosmic father can be viewed as an incarnation of a potency, the great generator, the being that is able to create itself out of matter. That is, the one seeding his metaphysical creation in mother earth with the mythical patterns he has created out of his being, thus creating the behavior that differentiates the actions and creative flow in all physical forms by the background patterns of nature that we may call its consciousness.
It is almost like viewing another layer of being.
